Role Overview

We are looking for an outstanding individual (m/w/d) to join our team. You will work on developing and deploying our software on customers’ hardware systems, including Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and Humanoids. The role combines cutting-edge AI technology with practical implementation and offers the opportunity to work on real-world robotics projects with direct industry applications.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop AI models for efficient task execution and safety concepts for collaborative operation between robots and humans.

• Integrate AI models and safety envelopes into simulation and real robot platforms.

• Collaborate with our team on experiments, testing, and validation in simulation and physical setups.

• Lead the deployment efforts on mobile robots and humanoids.

• Document findings and contribute to internal technical knowledge sharing and external publications.

Your Profile

• Graduated a Master’s or PhD program in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

• 1-5 years of research or work experience in at least one of the following areas: Robotics, Human-Robot-Interaction, Autonomous Driving.

• Experience with Software Engineering and common robotics/AI frameworks (ROS/ROS2).

• Experience with Autoware is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

• Interest in autonomous systems, robotics safety, and cutting-edge AI research.
